Tina is what I would consider to be a self starter, a very determined, strong minded woman. She is always there to listen, give feedback, and when needed positive criticism. Tina always encourages me to step outside of my comfort zone, to strive to be a better person and to always go after my dreams. She’s always reminding me to list my goals for the next five years and list the ways to obtain these goals. Tina is truly a positive person and she enjoys bringing the best out of people. Self doubt, Fear of Failure, and Hopelessness is not in Tina’s vocabulary. She truly believes that all things are possible through Christ, determination and hard work. Tina also believes that past experiences can hinder your future growth and that past mistakes should be lessons and not considered as failures. She has also taught me to stay positive, sure bad things may happen, you may have a setback, but so what, stay focus and move on. Tina has coached me on both of those topics. As a Life Skills Coach, Tina has focused on my strengths and the many possibilities that life has in store for me. I just have to stay positive, don’t sweat the small stuff and live up to my fullest potential.

I sought out Mrs. Stith-Twine when I was ready to turn my hobby of making jewelry into a part-time business. Her one-on-one consultations as well as daily blog inspirational words guided me in a time when I felt discouraged. Her advice to me was to start each day with a "goal list" not a "to do list". The goal list gave me a sense of accomplishment that the do list did not. My former "to do list" only allowed me to check off one task and go to the next, as opposed to feeling successful in my accomplishment. She also advised me to write affirmations about myself to say aloud each morning. The time in the morning setting my daily goals and saying my personal affirmations has built my self-confidence and self-love that in turn has projected my business and my personal life to lead me down the path to becoming a "Success Chick" in every area of my life.
